Club Coaches, Club Officials and League Officials

In 2018 we will again require registration of all our Club Coaches, Club Officials and League Officials. We believe that this contributes to our continued improvement as volunteers working to ensure our kids get the most out of our activities.

All registered Club Coaches, Club Officials and League Officials have endorsed our Player, Parent and Spectator Codes of Conduct and have also endorsed the principles of the AFL KidsFirst program.

All registered Club Coaches have acknowledged their commitment to the AFL Community Coaches Code of Conduct.

All registered Club Coaches are to complete the AFL Online Junior Coaching Course.  This resource is currently being updated by the AFL – we will advise as soon as the revised course is available.

Parents remain key to player participation and enjoyment. Volunteering to help and interacting with your kids during our sessions is a key element of our programs and will always be encouraged.

Coaching Resources

In addition to the AFL Junior Coaching Course, there are a number of great Junior AFL coaching tools and assets hosted online by the AFL and Auskick.  Here are our current favourites:  (look for the Junior Football Match Guides on the AFL Community channel)
